Hey, my name is Sean! several years ago I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and my illness contributed to me gaining weight till I was 270 pounds. I decided I've had enough and took back control of my life. I began eating healthier, running daily, and now live at the gym. Today I weigh a lean 180, able to run 15-20 miles in a single run (hopefully 26.2 by the end of this season), and in the best shape of my life. Running is not only my passion but a lifestyle I could not live without. Whether you can run a mile or a marathon, we are all runners and it is something to be proud of! :)
